Terms of Use & Disclaimer

Service provided "as is"
QRCraft is a free tool provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that any generated QR code will scan correctly on every device, app, surface, or print size.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost business, printing costs, misdirected payments, or data loss — arising from the use or inability to use this site or any QR code generated with it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the generated codes entirely at your own risk.
Payment (UPI) QR codes — important
- QRCraft does not process, route, hold, or facilitate payments. It only encodes the UPI details you type into a standard
upi://paylink. - You are solely responsible for verifying your UPI ID (VPA), payee name, and amount before printing or sharing. A typo in the UPI ID can send money to the wrong account; we cannot reverse, recover, or trace any transaction.
- We are not affiliated with NPCI, any bank, or any UPI app. Transaction disputes must be raised with your bank or UPI provider.
- Always test-scan a payment QR yourself and confirm the recipient name shown in your UPI app before public use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRCraft to create codes that link to malware, phishing, scams, illegal content, or to impersonate another person or business (including placing fraudulent payment QR stickers over legitimate ones — a criminal offence). You are solely responsible for the content your codes point to and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Your responsibility to test
QR scannability depends on print size, distance, lighting, surface, contrast, and the scanning device. Always test-scan before printing in volume. Decorative options (custom colors, logos, artwork mode) trade some scanning robustness for looks.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
